His keen understanding and interest in the fields of environment protection, waste management and industrial infrastructure has, allowed him to achieve success in a variety of businesses which include Textiles, Waste Management, Environment, Industrial Infrastructure and Hospitality.

Some of his recognitions include being a patent holder for a machine design in textiles, being the recipient of the NRDC Award by the Government of India in the year 2000 and the Young Scientist of the Year Award by the Government of Gujarat in 2003. He was an integral part of the Committee set up by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India to give recommendations in the 12th Five Year Plan for Textile and Apparel and textile policy’14. He has been the head of the Environment Committee of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry for over a decade and is the Ex-Chairman of CII, Southern Gujarat Zone.

A stalwart in the business landscape, Dr. Talwar is actively engaged with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), where she began her journey as the Young FICCI Founder chair of the Hyderabad Chapter of FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) in 2006. With an impressive 13-year tenure on the National Governing Body of FICCI, she ascended to the role of National President of FLO in 2019. Beyond her national contributions, she holds an External Member position on the advisory committee of the National Commission for Women and serves as the India Chair for the Inclusion Taskforce under the Startup20 engagement group of G20 India.

On the international stage, Dr. Talwar holds significant positions, including Global Vice President of the IWEC Foundation, making her the first Indian to attain senior ranks within the organization. Notable roles include Co-Chair of the India Central Asia Business Council, Chairperson of FLO Israel – India Women Business Forum, Co-Chair of FICCI India Forum for Business and Entrepreneurship, and Executive Council Member of FICCI.
Furthermore, as a certified Independent Director by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Dr. Talwar has been a driving force behind The Greater 50% Initiative, advocating for gender diversity and inclusion.

Her company, Comvision, stands as a beacon of excellence with certifications such as CMM level 3, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, and MSME (Udyam Registration). With 150+ employees and three offices across India, Dr. Talwar leads Comvision as the sole female business luminary in the specialized field of intelligent traffic and transport solutions.

In her transformative journey, Dr. Talwar, armed with a computer science degree, revolutionized government-to-citizen services in India by introducing the concept of integrated multiple services under one roof through her pioneering project "TWINS." Initially implemented in Hyderabad in 1999, TWINS garnered widespread acclaim and was even showcased to then US President H.E. Bill Clinton during his maiden visit to India. As her company expanded, it evolved into a key player in the road sector, establishing strategic partnerships with global leaders in technologically advanced solutions. Dr. Talwar's relentless pursuit of excellence has solidified her company's reputation as a prominent name in technology implementation in the road sector.

An entrepreneur for the last 19 years, with a strong corporate background, Narayan started his career working in sales and marketing profile across Microsoft, Oracle and Tata.

After working closely with SME segment for more than a decade, he realised that there is a substantial difference in procurement pricing for large enterprises as compared to SMEs. He then co-founded Denave India Pvt Ltd, India's largest technology powered sales enabling services company, where he continues to be a board member.

He spearheaded Denave’s growth over the first 13 years as the CEO of the company before laying the foundation of Power2SME, the first ‘Buying Club’ for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India. Under his stewardship, Power2SME enjoys a position of prominence in sectors in which it operates. Responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the organization, he has an impressive track record of developing robust business strategies and taking the company to new heights.
